Microelectronics Assembly
EM2 has manufacturing process capabilities in Bangkok, Thailand and manila, Philippines for various kinds of microelectronics designs. We produce "clear pad" touch screens for cell phone applications, SMT lines for flex and rigid board assemblies. We also produce chip on board and chip on flex assemblies in high volumes for highly reputable companies in Japan and Silicon Valley. Our facilities also produce automotive pressure sensors and many other products.
RFIDs
EM2 has been providing various ISO smartcards since 1994. EM2 can offer ISO smart cards manufactured in a Visa approved facility located in Bangkok, Thailand. Our services include, custom module designs, up to four color printing on two sides, serialization, standard magnetic stripes, and laminated 125kHz Access control cards. We also produce "clamshell" cards which are molded plastic access control cards used by personnel.
Sensor Assembly
We currently produce millions of pressure sensors and clear touch pads for various cell phones and iPod devices.
